In news that's almost too ridiculous to believe, actress Bai Ling was placed under citizen's arrest and booked for shoplifting - allegedly stealing $16 worth of stuff. Why would a successful actress and model like Bai need to pull a Winona Ryder and steal a couple of gossip mags and a pack of batteries from an LAX terminal gift shop?
